We use Xero, a cloud based accounting system, to operate client’s book-keeping and payment systems. Typically we maintain all of a client’s accounting records, entering data, making payments and reconciling as required. We submit VAT returns, annual accounts, corporation tax computations and produce monthly reports, often to very tight timeframes.
LCWW add value to the monthly reporting process which is tailored to each client’s needs. In some cases we provide a full FD’s report and attend monthly Board meetings with clients, effectively replacing the Finance Director role altogether. In other cases we report to the FD and jointly review the numbers each period, adding our expertise and experience of small business to that of the FD.
We have seen recent expansion in this area as several new clients have opted for our service, which we believe to be unique in its comprehensive nature, replacing a complete in house finance department in many cases.
